They are made with the scratch-cast technique.
Made by hand in a very traditional and native way with vegetable paints that the artisans produce (chia oil, tecoxtle, quartz, limestone, cotton fiber and natural pigments).
Pre-Hispanic tools such as turkey feathers and güizache thorns are used to engrave the designs.
They are crafted using the scraped-hollowed technique.
